From start to finish the process was so easy! My estimator Kai was so helpful and great at explaining the process and estimated timeframe. He checked in with me throughout the process to let me know what was happening and kept me updated when things needed additional repairs. They were very thorough starting from customer service, to offering rental car services, then consultation and scheduling repairs. All from start to finish. They also communicated the status of the job repair every so often so it gave us lots of reassurance. So if this were on a scale from 1-10, I def give them an 11.

I only took off two “points” because of the inconvenience of having to return for the recalibration after returning my rental car. Caitlyn was super with everything, but apparently she was out for one day, when I was contacted that my car was done and I could pick it up. But it actually was not. I was happy with how Caitlyn resolved it all.
