Job not done properly, my car was working properly when I brought for repair when I pick the car up a couple of days later the system malfunction appeared on the dashboard and the estimator said it get nothing to do with the accident and I have to pay for the repair.

Everything was good except for low air in tires….

Repair was good but they left my tire pressure on all 4 tires very low. I had to stop at Costco, luckily right next to the shop, and put air in tires.

This is my second time bringing my 2023 Lexus in for bumper repair at Tony Collision, and once again they delivered great work. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the car came back looking like new. I especially want to highlight Kai for his outstanding service… He was professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, great experience and consistent quality. My Tony Group Collision experience was awesome. Quick service and great customer service. Always keeping me in the loop by calling on Tue/Thu to update me on the status of the repairs. My favorite part was how convenient it was for my rental car. The Enterprise agreement you have with the Aiea branch is the best I’ve ever seen. I would recommend this to all companies. Tony Group Collision is definitely a 5 star rating and I will be recommending this establishment to other people!!!
