The whole having an accident experience was delightful because Total Recovery did all the dirty work and hard stuff. From estimate, car rental, time to repair, all was completed with the me in the loop every step of the way. PU and drop off of rental car was at their location. They did all the talking to insurance companies so using their expertise made everything happen faster and with out mistakes. I would recommend them to have A-1 collision and repairs any day of the week. Top notch staff and repair team/technicians. Thank You.

I was supposed to get a call on Friday to let me know if I could bring my car in for the bumper repair. I never got the call.... Monday morning I called to find out I could bring it in.
