Toth Buick is fantastic! I bought a new car and shortly afterwards was in a car accident. Someone had t-boned me. I brought it in and they took such good care of me! The car was restored and amazingly looked and felt the same! I received a rental car! No problems smooth transition great customer care and comfort! My beauty came back within a month. Cant say enough about this family owned business just that i am thrilled to be part of this Buick family!

I had to wait forever for parts then they still dint have parts kept my vehicle 4 extra day then gave it back without completely finishing the repair I had to order and install my own parts I will never use them or recommend them ever

These are unusual times. Lack of parts and supplies made it difficult for Toth to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I would have liked more phone calls about the progress. My vehicle was at the repair shop from August- November. It was difficult seeing my vehicle sitting in the same place week after week, when I would drive past on my way to the store. I'm just very lucky I had another vehicle to drive. George Toth was absolutely wonderful and helpful! I will be forever grateful that he found a way to repair my vehicle and not "total" it. I am not in a financial situation that would allowed me another, desperately needed van, as the grandmother of 6. George treated me with compassion in a very stressful situation. His kindness helped so much!

Only thing they said the called me and left a voice to let me know my car was done but when I called them I told them they never called and I don’t have voice mail set up so I do believe the lies to me since my car was done the the week before and I had to have enterprise call me and tell me this

I was really happy with George toast help is toast help and workmanship The problem was the parts were back ordered and that's what delayed me getting a return on my vehicle I vehicle it was not the dear's fault

I was disappointed because I got in my car and it was covered in a white powder like residue. The whole car inside look like it was dusted with it. Also under my front 2 floor mats was a rust like substance which was not there before dropping off my car to get repaired..I no this because I cleaned my car the day I dropped it off and it was not there nor ever there before the repairs. I was upset by this as I keep my car clean. Also I opened my back passenger door and the black trim was hanging off and not attached on one side! Other than that I am good with the service recieved.
