I needed a roof painted. Told me 4 days. It took 8. Which I don’t have a problem with. The issue was. When I booked the price was one price. We negotiated a price and when I went to pick my car up. The owner lied to me and wouldn’t honor our deal. Made up bullshit that the estimate was in the computer and there was nothing he could do. As a manager of a body shop for over 20 years I don’t appreciate a liar.
