Joe, I'm embarssed to say that we missed a tiny scratch on the lift back - however if it's too late to include it in the original repair, we'll just blame the rain /My experience at your place of business was outstanding - I hope I keep my auto free of damage, but if something "gets in my way"- I will request your services, You have an Awsome staff - could it be because they have an awsome boss???!!!! Work was excellent. We are extremely pleased with how car turned out. Staff was great. We received call that there was more damage so another part had to be ordered and there would be a delay. The problem was with the texts. After being told it would be delayed, I received two texts it would be done on original date. We didn't receive a text about the new completion date until my husband arrived to check if it would be done that day. Then on second completion date I received text it was done and would be ready and when my husband got there he was told it was not done because glass man didn't show up! If you are going to use texting be sure facts are straight.
