From start to finish everybody was very helpful and kind. They listen to what I had to say about my car. And they worked very well with me letting me know the updates about my car. Wendy was so sweet and kind. A smile always greeted me when I walked in and a nice hello. They did an amazing job fixing my car. It literally looks brand new now. I wasn't expecting a vacuum car, that they did that, and that was a great surprise. That was a nice happy surprise for me. I did not feel like they were dishonest and about telling me about my repairs. And everything was done like you said they will fix. And it was nice that they checked my car and make sure nothing else was wrong. And now I know what I need to get fixed in the future for my car. I surely will recommend town 2 Auto body to friends and family if they need work done. I'm very satisfied with town 2 Auto body. Thank you so much for working amazingly with me to get my car fixed. Advice: If you have an auto accident that requires complex collision repair; you should utilize Town II. This is a family business and the owner-operator, office administrator and mechanic performing the damage estimate were superior in knowledge, super honest regarding expectations and highly responsive with kindness throughout the process. Yes: The work was performed and completed right on time, the final cost was a bit lower than the original estimate and I am back in my 9 year old vehicle that looks like new. They had the vehicle detailed, vacuumed out and car-washed as an unexpected last step. Special thanks to Tom Pastore (owner) Wendy (office manager) and Billy (expert mechanic). I am an extremely satisfied customer and thankful. The truth is written in the words above this line. Be very careful when you chose a business for critical needs. I was quite fortunate in choosing Town II.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Process was smooth and efficient with frequent updates. Repairs were completed on time and look great. Town 2 took the stress out of an otherwise stressful situation.
