The damage repaired was phenomenal they did an excellent job! I chose a 7 rating due to other factors including the front right molding above my headings, corner right bent up I mentioned it but no they did not acknowledged the damage they did or the other mechanic shop. My arm bar to hold my hood up wasn’t put back and assembled properly. Again after I verbally told them fix what you did. My insurance literally paid them 16k of work and my vehicle wasn’t respected enough when I brought up the small details i noticed that they did. Also top roof rail rubber piece wasn’t put back properly. I’m satisfied with the damage being repaired but I’m not happy nor satisfied with the attention to detail after the repairs making sure everything is properly done and inspected before giving the vehicle back to the customer.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From my initial phone call to schedule the estimate, to the pick up of my finished car, it was a smooth, flawless process. Having a good working relationship with NJ Manufacturers Insurance Company, and Enterprise Car Rentals, is a definite plus for your company, as it made the claim process and car rental incredibly simple. As for the workmanship, my car looks perfect and you’d never know it had ever been damaged. And the detailing of the interior was a very pleasant, unexpected and thoughtful surprise!
