Customer Service

Customer service at repair shop was satisfying. I did a problem with Town and Country Collision automated response through text messages. I received multiple text messages giving me the status of my repairs. The vehicle was not ready for pickup after text messages said my car would be ready January 24 2017. I wasted a trip coming down there. The repairs were completed when I came for pickup except my driver door handle was broken, so I had to get that fixed free of charge. In the end, everything worked out great.

My Experience

I showed them a spot in bottom of door passenger side they touched it up with paint but it sticks out the panel should have been removed waned painted and clear coat added. It is just s painted ruff to the touch and not shiny. I know it is there I just hope if I trade it it will not count against me

My Experience

I worked with Brittany who was very kind. However, expectations were set and not managed. We had an accident on the way to visit UA. We had our car towed there for repair. When it was completed, I was told I could fly into the airport and someone would pick me up. Brittany was my contact person. I let her know a week before I was arriving. She said to call when I landed and someone would pick me up. I called at 9:15 am upon landing. At 11:00 am I called inquiring about my ride. I was told me no one was back to come get me. I waited another hour - at noon I called and still no car was available. I was furious - got in a taxi and came and picked up my car. She apologized but never did she call me during my wait to let me know a car was not available. I am in a customer service industry myself. When I set expectations, I try to meet them or keep my clients informed. I am not sure where the communication broke down in your company but it was not good. So a service I was expecting never happened. I waited 3 hours - got the taxi. I had a 6 1/2 hour drive ahead of me that day. I sure would have appreciated being told sorry but we can not get you. Outcome could have been better - I spent the $68, came picked up my car and headed home 3+ hours earlier. However, I was waiting on a complimentary service that apparently doesn't exist. As I shared with Brittany at the end - the last experience is what people remember. When expectations are set - they should be followed through,
