The detail dept. left residue on the driver side of vehicle and an employee was nice enough to come out and clean it off using a stronger product.

I was very happy with first time using shop for warranty work. Used again to establish a shop to use for body work. Shop stood by there work. However, do not have the confidence I did before

Missed a dent that I would expected capture with laser measurement. Vehical had to back into the shop for dent. Then a third time for dirt under the blackout vinyl coating
