I have worst experience I have Acident my car when I left car at body shop I request many time supervisor plz my car have a mechanical issue plz when you send estimate for insurance add this issue but you staff only estimate body work after adjuster approved body work after that adjuster refused mechanical work astimate

They did an excellent job on my repair. They are very organized. at the repair of my car at at Toyota of Greensboro has been a good experience. I know that’s hard to believe that a wreck can turn out so good at Toyota of Greensboro, North Carolina. They do an outstanding job of letting you know what they have found given you the opportunity to rent a car from them to drive I had a very good experience dealing with Toyota. I would give them over a 10 on a scale they went up and beyond. I recommend anybody that has anybody work it needs done. Try Toyota of Greensboro on Joe Henry Rd.. They definitely get five stars for me. The writings will hire I would give them the highest rating you could possibly get like I said my experience was good with them. They kept me informed. Thanks to Erin Pustay and Tracey, my experience was amazing! Great communications, timely follow-up, and advocacy for me with the responsible party who damaged my truck. Erin was my service advisor for years and I quickly grew to trust and depend on her. I was thrilled when I walked into the collision center and there she was! Erin is a rockstar!
