Bernard is a good service guy to work with. He’s upfront about the damage and costs estimates. I did not once felt like he’s trying to upsell me on some repairs that I don’t actually need.

They are right on point. But could have been better on reaching out to the customer after dropping off the vehicle. The customer do not know much or nothing about the auto parts, so please take some time to explain before actually start working on it.
