The Customer Service at Toyota of Kingsport is absolutely fantastic! Everyone went above and beyond to help in any way that they could! They even called enterprise to make sure that they were arriving to pick me up for the rental car. Ashley was especially helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish!

Repair looks great. It took a very long time, which was frustrating. Had to call AAA because battery terminals were loose and became unconnected after a few days.
