I had nothing but the best from all the staff at your Toyota facility. The prompt contact I received from Alex after I had contacted my insurance company, to set up my appointment. The polite and informative communication from Rick in the body shop. All the other guys at the desk in the garage were so courteous and helpful. To the ease of not having to do any of the paperwork or hassle of renting a loaner car. Also the surprise of having my car mats and interior clean when I picked up my car. The service was better than I could have imagined.
