I had an excellent experience with Toyota South Collision after my 2024 Toyota was struck by a deer on the driver’s side, damaging the door and fender. Since my car is fairly new, I was understandably nervous about whether the repairs would truly bring it back to looking brand new. I chose Toyota South Collision because of their reputation for quality work, and they absolutely delivered. I especially want to recognize Debbie, the estimator who handled my vehicle. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Debbie knew exactly what to look for during the estimate, kept a close eye on the details, and was a true advocate for me when working with the insurance company. Her knowledge, communication, and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence throughout the repair. When I got my car back, it looked perfect. There are absolutely no flaws, and you would never know a deer collision had ever happened. The repair quality exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I am highly satisfied with the service. I came in 3 weeks ago (7/1/26)after a deer hit my car. Ashley Cantrell went over the estimate and explained the process thoroughly. She was very professional and informative. I received my car today 7/21/26 (a few days before the estimated time) and it looks amazing. Thank you for fixing my car.

I am dissatisfied with the repair. The replacement light doesn't shine as bright as the old, the locking mechanism on the driver side door is damaged, and the wind noise on the driver side is noticeable louder than before.
