I am very thankful and happy with the work done on my van. It looks like it is brand new! I can not tell where the wreck to the side of it happened. The whole van is nicer looking than when I bought it off a car lot. Working with Adam through the whole process was great from start to finish. Great experience overall, and I appreciate the quality work they did on my car. My only criticism is the communication leading up to the repair. I understand they had a significant backlog, but there were times I felt like I was bothering them when checking on the status and/or getting a timeline as I didn’t get one for several months. I was also asked to drop the car off by 8:00 a.m. on a specific day, only to find out the repair didn’t start until later that week. Better communication around scheduling and timelines would have improved the experience. That said, the repair work was excellent, and I’d happily use them again.

The work was completed ahead of schedule, and I really appreciated the daily updates on progress—they kept me informed and confident throughout the process. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the attention to detail showed. The cherry on top was having my vehicle returned fully detailed, which was a fantastic surprise. Highly recommend!
