Haven’t used another body shop and won’t as long as Tracy’s is in business.

Over the years we’ve had Tracy’s do fairly minor repairs on our vehicles. Recently my 2024 Lexus had a run in with a deer. Tracy’s worked my car into their schedule, had a tow truck pick up my car, assisted getting a rental (Rob took me to pick up rental). Their communication (Chad) during repairs was very nice. Front Desk staff (Peggy & Sharon) courteous, professional!
