We were told the vehicle would be ready for pickup on July 24 by Rick and was not ready until July 30-had to rent a vehicle for that many days. We have used Traymor in the past and really loved the service, but this is the second vehicle we have taken to them in the last year or so and has taken more time than we were promised.
