The customer service lady at the front desk was very kind, sweet, and pleasant to talk to. We shared great places to eat in Bremerton. The men who helped me with my car were polite and understanding. They also helped with removing the little snag in the bumper. Everyone in the office was very professional and I would definitely recommend friends I the future of the great service I received. Location, shop, and staff was great. Only delay was due to parts from the warehouse at their end. Two weeks for a grill seems a bit much.

I really appreciate the excellent communication from Mike and team. Sending regular text updates was above and beyond. Their quality work seems really impressive so far. I was a little concerned about getting my EV repaired since it sounded like a challenge for the first shop I was considering. Also, based on some of the talk I eavesdropped on in the shop on my initial visit it was obvious that Trew takes their work seriously and they take pride in their work. I’d go there again for sure.
