I dropped my car off on the 3rd with an estimated repair time of 5 days. I was later informed that the repairs were on hold and they didn’t receive approval to begin work until the 8th. From there, I received several different updates. One week I was told it would be mid-week the following week due to needing paint. When I called on Tuesday, I was told it was still being painted and would be ready by Friday. On Friday, I was then told it had just come out of paint and still needed detailing. By Monday the 22nd, I was told there was an issue with the rim covers, which was eventually fixed, and I was finally able to pick up the car. Overall, the timeline kept changing and the repair took much longer than originally estimated. I’m also not sure why it took so many days just for paint and finishing work. On top of the delays, I noticed there were about 200 miles added to my vehicle during the time it was in their possession, which was very concerning.
