The door that was ‘repaired’ doesn’t close all the way. It gets stuck and is impossible to push closed. Now I am driving around with a constant BEEPING sound and light that reads TAILGATE PROBLEM. Additionally, you can’t open the passenger door from the outside. There was nothing wrong with the door and now there is. To be fair- I’m bringing it back to the shop…we shall see how they fix this catastrophe

At first AWESOME!!! Everything was arranged for me to get my car in and set up a rental. When I brought it back, I was told ‘we didn’t even touch that door’. I would think they didn’t work on the door-but something went wrong while in their care. So….im really hoping to give them a 10 but need to see how my issues are resolved.
