Armando (and now Justin) were all Amazing. Was hit by a deer and since they were authorized dealer with Progressive I went straight there. Fit my car in the day of the accident so I could get a loaner car, and they were great throughout service (including knowing the day they’d be done.) They stood by their work too. Fixed my BMW x3 like it Never happened. Don’t hesitate to bring your car to tricounty collision- locally owned I wouldn’t look further!

I was disappointed that there was s charge to use a credit card to pay for the deductible. Yes, there was a (very small) sign posted, but I was not informed in advance. I don't usually carry checques or large cash amounts on me.

The car came out nice after repaired. I was kept informed. My rental car was there when I turned my car in for repair. Everything went very smoothly when I was quite happy.
