They were very rude! (except the guy at the front desk) Ray, the manager, lied to my face saying that they no longer made bumpers for my vehicle. I had to come home and make some calls to find a bumper myself…that shouldn’t have been my job! Tried to make me settle for a scratched up one. Wouldn’t listen to me when I told him about the lettering on the tailgate. I Told him to check across the highway where we bought it because they had all that info in their system and he told me they didn’t know what they were doing over there so he was calling different dealerships trying to find info. He also told me that it was too much work to repaint the side of the truck because they had to remove parts to paint it (meaning they were too lazy to do it right). If that were the case why even do an estimate for repainting? Most touch ups look fine but one is visible at an angle. If I ever need a body shop again, it will definitely not be Tri Star and I will make sure everyone knows it. They are rude, incompetent, and they lie. My insurance company also told me that this is not the first complaint for their body shop.!!!!

Paint was still chipped, cheap push clips were used over screws that should’ve been used, odometer was blinking. Will be going to be fixed a second time.
