The new door handle and lock on the repaired door doesn't even match the original. It's chrome; the original is not. The passanger side mirror does not "fold in" as it is supposed to do when I push the retract button. That is being corrected. Obviously, I did not make an informed decision about whether I wanted the car totaled. That's my fault, but I loved my KIA. I have lost faith in my insurance company and my once favorite dealership. I received numerous texts about the completion date only to not be able to pick up my car. I understand problems with parts, etc. Just don't send texts that are no where near the completion date. Everyone was professional and kept me informed. I appreciate that. When I made the decision to have my car repaired rather than totaled, that was the wrong choice.

The car looks wonderful!! Your team went above and beyond for us. My hubby recently broke his ankle and we had a bit of dilemma on how to get the car to the dealership (with only one driver). But your team not only came out to our home to pick the car, but also delivered it back to us. Thank you TriStar !

Really great job! My Jeep looks fantastic because they cleaned in and out. They even polished the headlight lens and put lubricant on the hood latch. I was very impressed. Great team
