A collision repair shop that would put the customers first, and build its reputation on doing the highest quality work. Now, thousands of satisfied customers later, Gene Trimbach’s dream lives on. I wouldn't consider another repair center...there are lots of other options but none are worth the hassle. Trimbach's is head and shoulders above the rest

The whole experience was and still is an absolute mess. The only saving grace through insurance, police reports, rental car companies and everything else, was Pam! Pam answered questions no one else could or wanted to. She pointed us in the right direction when we were being strung around for answers. She advised us how to rectify things when insurance refused to, and when the rental car company had things wrong, Pam fixed that as well. From the very beginning when she advised me of the abnormally long wait (in relation to the pandemic) to every step along the way, and the end. She was the ONLY shining light in the whole experience! Any issues in the future, God forbid, will lead us to Trimbachs. Honest, knowledgeable and fabulous customer service!
