Given the concerns that I mentioned earlier about the safety of my car due to being asked to leave keys outside on a ledge and saying they were going to take pictures of my credit card, I would not recommend them to a friend.

The new rear bumper is great. The man who works in the shop was wonderful. I do have some concerns about some of your business practices. I was told during a phone call to leave my car in front of the shop and leave the keys on a ledge outside. I declined to do that. I was very concerned that my car could be stolen. I was told that I could wait inside the waiting area but there was no air conditioning so it was very hot. When it came time to pay I was told that they wanted to take a picture of both sides of my credit card and he would send those pictures to another phone therefore having my credit card information on 2 different phones. I refused and ended up giving the number over the phone which still didn't seem secure. You should invest in a credit card machine and air conditioner for this location.
