Love Tripps. Love to give to local business. I’ve never experienced this type of car repair issue before. Really good customer service. Only 1 out of the 3 times that I had to take my car back, that a service repair person met with me. Is this typical policy? Front desk Hilary met with me when picking up my car 2 of 3 times. I want to recommend Tripps … I appreciate their lifetime guarantee on the repair as long as I own the vehicle.
