Tripp's is the best start to finish!! Super smooth and easy process all the way through. They handle the insurance side and the rental car connection and provide answers to all of my questions - insurance, rental car, and repair.

I thoughts was a very nice experience. They forgot to inform the rental company for the the car and I had to call aaa to get it straightened out.

I would definitely recommend as one of The areas best! I do think that the communication between Enterprise Rental and Tripps receptionist could have been better as we had to wait 45 mins though we were scheduled for drop off and a rental. She didn’t even know we had a rental reserved she said “? I see no Rental…” and closed the file. We had to correct that and wait. She was quite rude to my daughter in law. Ramona was quite nice however, ensuring everything would be taken care of! Overall, everything was good. I just think for future something to mention.

We were satisfied with the work, however I specifically went to Tripps due to a friend I requested to have work on my Truck and was told it was not a problem only to find he was not the one that worked on it. Regardless the truck looks great!

Repairs were more extensive than the initial estimate. Dealt with CSAA to get approval. Repairs were completed in a shorter time than the original estimate
