The service was good, the issue was the long waiting time for spare parts. It took 5 months for my car to be repaired. I giving a good note due that I understood that the issue was with Tesla. I will certainly change brand when my leasing ends.

The staff at Tropical Collision were great, they kept me up to date weekly with the status of my car every step along during a tough time for me. I was so thankul they had my Tesla ready within a month and on perfect timing on the day my rental was expired from my insurance. Car runs.terrible. Does not feel like it was aligned as it keeps pulling to the left and even though the said they ran diagnostics apps don’t function properly and driver seatbelt doesn’t want to click in place, very hard to fasten driver seatbelt like something. is jammed.

I was told that my horn was cracked but still works and that is not true. The horn doesn’t work which means my alarm system isn’t working.
