When I came to pick up my car I waited 20 minutes to pay with a credit card. I was told the computer was slow. After 20 minutes I had to leave for a doctors appointment so I paid cash and got my car. I would have preferred to pay with a credit card

So much was terrific about my experience but when I opened and closed the passenger door that had just been repaired it made a distinct clicking noise (this car is two months old and the sound is new). I noticed two nuts attaching the door to the hinge were loose - spinning freely with my fingers. I hand tightened them and the noise went away but now I am uncertain what to do next? Wrench tighten them? How much? Will it affect the swing of the door? How do I call you for guidance?

The body shop fail to cover my vehicle properly. The surface of my vehicle is grainy and needs to be buffed. I spoke with Jeff in reference to this issue and he advised me to bring it into the shop tomorrow. Other than that, the customer service experience is great.

Car painted incorrect color. Had to leave the car for about 30 days and still today a part is lifting on my car that was not damaged prior to having repaired. Car is a 2020 with no prior damage. Worst decision I could’ve made was to trust tropical instead going directly to Lexus dealer.
