Paint finish is flawless... tha paint match is 95% as it was before (red teslas are hard to match, I know), the car was returned clean and detailed like when it was brand new... the attention is A+, it doesn't have 10 stars because paint it's not a perfect match and the technician messed up with my personal settings and saved his/her seating position erasing my seating and steering position...

Wish he would’ve communicated more with me with the delays. I had to keep call to find out when my vehicle would be ready. Didn’t like feeling like I was a bother when all was need on my end was updates.

I had a wonderful experience at Tropical Collision. The girls who communicated with me was very nice and friendly. They were amazing! While my car was being worked on I kept getting text updates of the progress. When I got my car back, I almost didn’t recognize the car. It looked brand new and they washed my at and cleaned the inside as well. I had a whole bunch of lights lit up on my dashboard and they even reset the sensors for me. They did an amazing job! The entire experience was wonderful! From the moment I started the process from the time I picked up my car. The staff was very communicative and the job was exceptional! I give my entire experience 10/10. Keep up the great work! Happy Customer here! :-)
