Small scratch was not fixed and had to get touch up before I left. Staff was nice. Then when I got home noticed rear seat wasn’t installed correctly and came off entirely. Had to get it reinstalled by Tesla.

Second time around and I am convinced Tropical Chevy Collison is the BEST at their specialty. The ladies at the front desk are professional and awesome customer service representatives. My car is always done in a timely manner. I am in love with my car therefore inspecting it very carefully, and each time I picked my car up I can't find a flaw in the work done. Job well done. I recommend them to anyone that can use their service.

Not satisfied at all. The repairs took too long, ( 3 1/2 months) to repair. The driver's seat is not the same one that was originally in the car. Also the repairs cost more than what I owe. Tropical should have notified State Farm and total out the car.

After getting the impression from multiple people that it would be quicker than expected, or that the repair was in the final stages, it still took much much longer. And then I got my car back with essentially all 4 tires way below acceptable pressure, almost flat.
