There were parts shortages that lasted for weeks and lack of staff to work on the car yet Allstate pushed me to take the vehicle there which must have been good for them but was terrible for my family because my son missed Father’s Day Weeknd with us because of Allstate convincing me to go with this shop when I should have taken it to Ford.
