We have all the new state of the art equipment to ensure we can provide quality repairs that are repaired back to the manufactures specifications in order to get you back on the road safely. From what I can see the workmanship seems up to par. My concern is with your customer service. I received an automated message to my home phone that is rarely used on a Friday that my truck was ready. I did not see the message until Tuesday evening. I called early Wednesday morning to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle when I was informed that the truck was not ready, that it still needed the new tire, that Bozarth’s had the tire in stock and that he would pick the tire up get it mounted and call me later in the day so I could pick it up. No call, no truck. I was in the area of the shop Thursday morning around 10 and stopped by. I was again told that the tire would be picked up and the truck would be ready later that day. No call. About 3PM I called and was told the tire had to be ordered from Bozarths but the truck would not be ready until Friday. Friday I finally got my truck. I don’t understand why it took a week to replace a tire. My truck sat in your back lot for a week when all it needed was a tire that I was told several times was in stock locally. All you had to do was drive 3 miles down the road pick it up and get it mounted to finish a $10,000 repair. Messaging to me was on a number I did not supply T&T even after I had given my cell number. A week later I am now getting messages to the correct number that my truck is ready and that I need to pick it up. You guys did a great job repairing hail damage to my other vehicle a year ago. I recommended you to many friends. However, after this last episode I can’t say I will again. I will be expecting a call from you.

Dustin and Grace were both very friendly and helpful. The repairs were excellent. The only drawback was the length of time it took to do the repairs, which were pretty extensive, otherwise it rate them a 10.
