T&T Collision Centers is a family-owned collision repair facility. This our first Year open as T&T Collision Centers but owned and operated Perri's collision from 1992 to 2015. We have all the new state of the art equipment to ensure we can provide quality repairs that are repaired back to the manufactures specifications in order to get you back on the road safely. Two issues. 1) Last Thursday, 11/30 we were told the car would definitely be done 12/1. And 12/1, of course, the car was not ready. We fully appreciate that delays occur, but don’t tell customers the car will be ready unless you are 100% certain the car will be ready. 2) When we got in the car, the low-air pressure light was on and there is a nail in one of the tires. I have no clue if the nail was there when I dropped it off, it came from the shop or if it came from the test drive prior to us picking it up, but at least put air in if needed.
