I’m very disappointed in the fact that Dustin had said that they would shine the headlights on the car and they also missed two dents which are on the gas tank as far as the headlights. I’m not concerned about that. We just put brand new ones in. I have also a message for him and that was yesterday morning, and I still have not had a call.

I am so disappointed in the quality of work that was done to my truck, I will never refer anyone to you. I was very hopeful when I saw the google rating online of your shop but wow was that misguiding. In total you ruined all of my leather seats, floor console, center console leather lid, with burns from the welder, my sunroof now leaks, the headliner you installed/replaced due to you getting my original one so dirty you couldn’t get it clean is as far as I can tell an incorrect part because it is hanging down on the left side around the sunroof and not attached to the roof like it should be, and the sun visors are still covered in dirty finger prints. It really infuriates me to see all the damage you did to my what was a near mint interior. I honestly cannot believe that this is what you call your finished product/repair and on top of all this after I picked the truck up I had an additional 604 miles added to my odometer. These things are inexcusable. Shameful way to do business and I will warn everyone I know about T & T collision

I am so disappointed in the quality of work that you performed on my vehicle. You have practically ruined the 1794 edition interior of my truck. The damages you did inside my truck are inexcusable. The damage is found after your hail damage repair is as follows: My leather seats, center floor console and leather lid, floor console are all ruined by welding burns, all of the pillar covers have deep scratches that look like knife marks in them, the sun visors still have dirty fingerprints all over them, the headliner you installed/replaced due to your team getting it so dirty you couldn’t get it clean again is in properly installed and looks like the incorrect part because it is hanging down around the sunroof on the left side and is not secure to the roof, the left hand window tint has a scratch in it and needs replaced, there is over spray all over both running boards, my sunroof now leaks water, and after I picked up my truck, there was 604 miles added to my odometer. I will definitely be warning everyone I know about the lack of quality T&T collision does.

Dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday and was told the following Friday it would be done. I set aside some projects at work in order to make time to pick up my Jeep, when I called they told me it would not be done until Monday per Eduardo. I decided not to call on Monday, never heard from anyone so I called on Tuesday and was informed by Eduardo that it would not be done until Friday of the following week He told me apparently a mishap happened, where they cut my radiator and had to put a new one in, which I do understand things happen, but my biggest complaint was I was lied to twice saying it would be done and it wasn’t. I was also told there would be a new windshield installed, that never got done, another thing that wasn’t done that Eduardo and I talked about was painting my wheel, flares, which obviously there was some sort of breakdown of communication with Eduardo, and they did not get done. I also did not get the Rubicon stickers put back on the hood, therefore this project is still incomplete and I picked the vehicle up and paid for yesterday. I was told there’s a local sign shop making the Rubicon stickers, I have no idea why you’re even doing that, you can buy these online All day long. At this point, I am definitely not satisfied. I gave you a three but technically it should’ve been a lower number.
