Josh was amazing. However, I was told the repair of my car would take 1 week and it ended up taking 2 weeks. The shop didn’t communicate with me, all communications were initiated by me. When I received a text that my car was going to be ready on 11/5 I called them thinking I could go pick it up. They told me to ignore the text and that they received a damaged part from their suppamd it would take another few days before the repair was complete.

Once I got on the phone or went there they were pleasant except when I told the lady that I was ready to drop off the rental I had she said she was running out of space. That really didn’t matter to me, if they had room for my car they had room for the rental. It was just going to be a swap
