One thing I would have liked is for the shop to reach out to me regarding getting a new headlamp on the side of the car that was not damaged for an out of pocket expense. I would have paid the extra to have both lights new

I give a 10 to Tully's Auto body. They went above and beyond. I needed my frontend replaced from hitting a deer but they gave me back a car that I didn't even recognize. The car was buffed out like it was polished or waxed and they didn't even mention it to me. It was like a brand new car. I definitely recommend a business like this who cares.
