My vehicle was never properly fixed the right way and I keep reaching out to the shop manager. I’ve notified my insurance company. They have reached out. They have tried to do three-way on top of it and fully still does not reach out. I feel like they ripped me off. They took the money and didn’t fix my vehicle the way it should be fixed. I would not recommend anybody to take their vehicle there

Severe lack of communication, no clarification on up charges, waited a month longer because of lack of communication for rims and tires that had to be replaced that weren’t a priority to order. No one reached out, I had to call several times a week for answers. The shop left a damaged tire on my new rims from my damaged ones instead of putting a tire that is in perfect condition on with the new rims, so now I’ll pay to have that swapped and fixed as well. I was very clear on spacers being installed with shop manager several times, I delivered them myself finally went to pick up truck no one called to tell me they’re a “liability” to install. My 400$ hitch was taken off and I asked serval times make sure it gets out back on. Had to come back the next morning to get it because someone had it locked up on their toolbox. Literally one thing after another. I own a business and I would never treat my costumers this way and if things like this happened due to lack of management, communication or simple care I’d be coming out of pocket to make it right.
