The man in the office who assisted me was very professional and nice. The lady who helped me was rude every time I spoke with her in person and that was on multiple occasions. Her initial behavior toward me set a tone for my whole experience there, which overall wasn't good if I am honest. She was short and condescending and wouldn't even hold the door for me when I was carrying my stuff out. The rental company they encouraged me to use provided very poor customer service as well. My rental was missing a hubcap and the engine light came on while I was still driving the rental. And though they were good to offer a replacement I have a tight schedule and at the time I had to go switch it out, the turkey pen was closed for lunch. It was inconvenient and a cop followed me home one afternoon if that gives you any idea regarding the quality of the car. The company made excuses about it. And I had to drive the car for nearly 10 days. Which means my insurance paid for that, and I paid for that. And I might not qualify for another rental now if something else happened to the car. The length of time it took to repair was also excessive for the damage. I understood they ordered parts that ended up being defective but they scheduled the repair at their convenience so I just assumed they'd be done sooner. I had to call for updates as well. They failed to notify me that was the case until I contacted them.
