I have a rattle on the passenger?s side of the vehicle. It wasn?t there before but there was work done on that side of vehicle, so I am sure it?s just something got loose.

You guys were awesome! I appreciated being updated about my car, and I was blown away by your extra gestures like driving me to go get my rental car and you touching up the other damage on my car while you were painting the rest. While I hope to not need collision repair again any time soon, if I do I will definitely be coming back!

The quality and time of the repair exceeded my expectations. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process?from the estimate to the pickup! I enjoyed getting the daily text notifications about how the repair was progressing.

The only suggestion I would say was I felt very well informed except on my day of pick up. I had to call them at 4:45 to see if my car would be ready as said because all the text & phone calls until that point said it would be but when I called I was told it wouldn't be ready until the next day & it wasn't ready until 1:30-2:00 the next day. I appreciate all the text along the way but found then unnecessary compared to being better informed the day of pick up. But I love Turks, will use them again & recommend them to all my friends.
