No quality assurance: My truck needed a new headlight assembly. The replacement you ordered clearly has a ripped off coating towards it’s edge. Whoever installed it should definitely have noticed the coating is off and decided to put it anyway. After telling the office about it, they told me they will order a replacement for the assembly and call me to come and replace it for me. 2 weeks in and nobody called me. I was expecting better quality service from Turk’s for the reputation they have.
