Overall the work was good. However, I was surprised (and perhaps I misunderstood) by the repair to the front bumper. The front bumper consists of 3 sections. Damage was on the center section & passenger side. This damage was repaired and these sections were repainted. What surprised me is that the drivers side of the bumper was not painted. The end result is a front bumper where 2/3 of it looks new, and 1/3 of it looks old… i.e. the paint color no longer matches the repaired section and 12 years/185K miles have left multiple chips etc. A minor detail perhaps, but from a cosmetic standpoint it seems like a no brainer to refinish the entire front bumper in the estimate. The end cost v. the estimate was also surprising. Estimate was $6450.12. End cost was $8044.59. I understand that an estimate is just that… an estimate. I would fully expect several hundred dollars in allowance, but nearly $1600 or almost 25% is a big miss. You must have very forgiving insurance adjuster! Overall I’m pleased with the work… it’s just the front bumper that doesn’t sit too well with me. Your communication has been very good (i.e. calling me about the PRO4X decal change) At the end of the day it’s a 12 (now 13?) year old truck with 185K miles so maybe I’m being a little too critical? But, thank you for asking for my feedback

Shop communicated delay in the repair, but on day of pick up I didn't hear until very late in the afternoon that it was ready resulting in rushing to pick up before they closed for the weekend
