I am overall satisfied with the work done my only complaint is that I never was told an eta or given updates throughout the repair! Just know that work was started or waiting on parts or any detail would have been nice to know. Just a simple text update would be nice

I will give a 6 Dawn is amazing. Before I had the work done she called to update me on the change of service date and was always pleasant when i called and brian was great at the end giving me updates it was just in between that was lacking

The communication was great and worked well with the special items on the truck, just wished that the tape lines were further away from the edge of the panel, you can see the tape line and where the clear is lifted up, I will have to watch it to see if it gets any worse.
