My Experience

The team was very professional and answered any questions I had throughout the repair process. To top it off, I received my car back in perfect condition with a nice car wash inside and out which is truly appreciated. It’s the small things like that to be the reason for referring Caliber and choosing you all as my preferred repair shop for future services if needed.

My Experience

I take really good care of my Subaru and it was super clean and looked like a new car when I dropped it off and with a full tank of gas. When I went to pick up my Subaru it looked like it came from a junk yard. It was dirty, had glass over my seats, dash, floor, they didn't put a cover on my dash or covers or on my seats and got oil on the passenger seat, on the visor and onthe top of the inside of my car, wires hanging down in the driver's side and also below the steering wheel, they left the light on in the back without turning it off, there is a tear in the leather on my passenger side of the seat, they undid my son's booster seat in the back for some reason and their was glass and oil on the seat back their, their where exposed wires where my rear view mirror is and the rubber by both doors were put in wrong. My car was brought back worse than when before I dropped it off. Now, I had to return my dirty and messed up inside back to Caliber Collision so they can "make it right" and get another rental car.

My Experience

Unfortunately, there are some concerns about the work that was completed. There are some issues with the paint and the fit/finish of the bumper panels to the quarter panel. It also appears the hood wasn't painted even though there were chips/scratches as a result of the incident.
