Customer service was not professional, Carolyna was rude and aggressive in tone. I was told one thing and given another. After having to bring my vehicle back and being told I would get an OEM bumper I was not and the bumper is still unaligned. Per the insurance adjuster Caliber Collision states that it would not make a difference. Overall I am unsatisfied with the work that was done in my car and the customer service provided by the employees at Caliber Collision.

Had my 2011 Lexus repaired after a small collision and I was told it was going to be ready about a week after I dropped it off and I got a random text 4 days before completion date which wowed me that although they finished early I still got the high quality standard job I was promised

Brandon and his team did an excellent job of evaluating and communicating the damage and necessary repairs. Diana was also very helpful with getting the car set up for towing etc. she was very friendly and professional.
