There are some scuffs on the glass on the repaired door's window and the same side rear view mirror, that weren't there before. Everything else looks good.

My wife had called someone over there and we were going to buy the rear backup sensors and they were going to put them in the new bumper.(Since they had removed the old sensors from the smashed up bumper anyway) It never got done. We had brought two sensors over the night my wife talked to a gentleman over there. I brought the other two back up sensors the next day. A gentleman there today when we were picking up the truck gave me some excuse how the bumper was on and there was some clear coat around the bezels and he couldn't remove them. It wasn't true . When my father-in-law and I got home I replaced the two center backup sensors myself in minutes. Now the two outside ones the bumper may have to be removed. Disappointed

The work at this point only one day after having it appears to be done to my satisfaction however, the customer service lacks greatly the inconsistency with the corporate offices statements of transportation to and from the shop the holding of my vehicle for multiple days without any work being done would keep me from referring this body shop to anyone

Customer service needs a lot of work their corporate office sends information on how to save money on your rental vehicle by telling you that they will give you a ride home. The local branch has posted in their lobby that they do not thankfully, I spoke to someone on the phone who is unaware of that which required them to still give me rides to and from my home after dropping off the vehicle they had my vehicle scheduled to be dropped off on a Thursday but did not start working until the next Monday on my vehicle leaving me four days without it they did however keep me updated via text message on the status of the vehicle Which changed rapidly from taking a week to be repaired down to only a few days which if they would’ve started work when I first dropped it off there would’ve been no need for a rental vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, all the scratches were repaired and painted to satisfaction. However, they did not readjust the front bumper, causing me to leave the vehicle with them for several more hours to have the work completed to later be dropped off at my home after the completion of the work that same day

When I dropped my car off on the predesignated time of 7:30 AM, I was there ahead of time they were late and opening the front doors and the individual doing the estimate seemed to agitated that he had to do work. No one walked out with me to my vehicle after the work was completed to confirm my satisfaction of the work that was done again. There is serious communication errors between the corporate office who does the scheduling and the individual Brent‘s locations when it comes to the offering of rides home which this branch states they do not do, however, emails and text messages that were sent to me clearly states that according to corporate they should.

The grill is not a new part also the logo of the lincoln is scratched and won't turn on the old logo always had a light and the new logo won't turn on also the bumper is not new as the estimate stated and the wiper on the passenger side it not put on correctly.

My vehicle looks brand new! They did a great job on my 2022 Nissan Sentra. It took roughly 3 weeks due to the need for other parts. I was very happy and relieved to get the call when it was completed! I would recommend them for future work if needed! Great job Caliber Team!
