The fact that I have to reject the delivery of my vehicle 3 times due to imperfections and lack of revision to make sure that the vehicle was repaired correctly and clean-up properly to be delivered it talks about the profits is what matters not the customers satisfaction. You guys need to check the vehicle to make sure is done correctly. And make the necessary adjustments before you call the customer to say,is done. Afterwards, it looks good.

To obtain the best results on what you guys do is to PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS!! and I didn't see that. Dirty hands marks on the white interior,dashboard unclean after replacing the windshield,forgot to replace damage molding, couple of hail damage still visible,glue marks allover the vehicle. And the worse, telling me to take it home and come back another day to correct the mistakes.

The initial estimate experience was quick and precise. Making an appointment was easy. I left my car and they drove me home while my car stayed to be worked on. There was some miscommunication about how long it would be there but after talking it through, they were able to finish it sooner than they quoted. When I picked it up, they had cleaned the inside and buffed the outside. My car looked great again. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend
