Everything went well with the exception of a phone conversation I had with the receptionist. There was a issue with communication and I had a very hard time understanding what she was trying to convey. So I decided to end the call and come in and speak with someone. She kept saying something to the effect of bringing the rental car in to her. But I did not rent the car through your company and I felt uncomfortable with leaving the car there as no other repair shop has ever asked me to do that. Maybe I misunderstood what she was trying to communicate to me because of her accent. Outside of that the service was great. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone who is in need of repairs.

I just couldn't understand what the the young lady was trying to convey to me. I did not rent the car through your company but she insisted that I return the enterprise rental to her. I did not feel comfortable completing that transaction as I preferred to return the car from the enterprise located in Shorewood,IL. That is where I rented it from.

Everything about my experience from start to finish was excellent at the Joliet shop. Bill Hartney prepared the estimate and provided a very thorough explanation of the work that was needed. Eliza Gallegos did a great job of answering questions. The repair work that was done was perfect. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for vehicle body repair.
