Crash Champions Crest Hill facility exhibited great communications throughout the repair and most importantly did a quality job performing the repairs. I highly recommend this facility and I will bring any of my vehicles to this shop for repairs in the future. My only semi issue.. when I got in the car to drive off the lot I literally had 1 mile left to get to a gas station, that went to “0 miles” the second I pulled out on the road. Luckily there was one down the street and I made it with my husband following me just in case but… kind of weird? I don’t expect you to fill the tank but if I had run out of gas, it would have put a bad taste in my mouth. The light wasn’t on when I dropped it off, I certainly would have put gas in it. Alls well that ends well but probably something to note and make sure another customer isn’t left stranded in the parking lot."
